About Lana

I am an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Grey & Mourin, where I head the firm’s criminal research and writing practice as well as its immigration division.  My primary practice areas are criminal defense and immigration law.   I received my B.A. from Emerson College after studying Writing/Literature/Publishing and Political Communication, and graduated from the University of Florida with a J.D. and Certificate in International and Comparative Law.  I am licensed to practice before all Florida state courts, immigration courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  I blog (occasionally) to celebrate and criticize changes to criminal and immigration laws.  You can find me on Twitter @AttorneyLana.
